Books- We have a large selection of books, including the following sections

We also have a number of discarded books available for sale-Paperbacks for 25 cents and Hardcovers for 50 cents.
Inter-Library Loans- If we do not have a book that you are looking for, give us the information and we can loan it from another library in the state.
Magazines- We subscribe to many popular titles including
- Newsweek
- National Geographic
- Better Homes & Gardens
- Good Housekeeping
- Consumer Reports
- Smithsonian
- Old copies are free to patrons
- We also carry a large catalog of previously issued National Geographics from the late 70's onward
Videos- We have a variety of videos, both informational and for entertainment, with copies in VHS and DVD
Audiobooks- We offer a variety of audiobooks both on CD and Cassette
Art Displays- We frequently display the work of local artists and photographers, and welcome local artists to bring their work for display in the library.
Local Authors- We occasionally invite local writers to come to the library for readings and discussions of their work.
PROGRAMS & EVENTS
Wednesday 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. adult book group discussion. Call for info on what book is currently being read and stop in and join us. Join us for lively discussions and friendly company.
Fridays: is pre-school story time at 10:00 a.m. story, craft and snack. The programs for the month of May are scheduled below.
VT State wide reading theme for the summer is, "Make a Splash at Your Library": our weekly programs and activities include reading , crafts, games, and snacktime.

Make A Wave : 5 years and up program on Wednesdays 4 to 5:00 p.m.:

Pre-school for August on Fridays 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.:
Free Passes: A free one day pass to any State Park in Vermont and a one day pass to Historic
Sites in Vermont. Each pass permits one vehicle and up to eight people free for one day.
Come to your library and check it out. This program is co-sponsored by the Vermont
Department of Libraries, the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation, and the
Division for Historic Preservation.
High speed internet is also available to all patrons. We have six computers available.
Sign up for a library card at no cost to you, which will allow you to both borrow books, movies, audiobooks, and access the internet, in addition to having the privilege to request books through interlibrary loans.
